I have a grey 2001 5-door Viggen . I am
generally happy with the car. The car
is a great start to a true performance
car. It has very nice power and
handling atributes. It rips out of
those second gears turns with
incredible power. I haven't driven any
other front wheel drive car that can
spin tired out of a turn at 50+ mph.
BUT IT COULD BE BETTER!!!!
I love the unique style of the car, the
rims and the aero kit fit so well
together. Torque and hp is very
impressive. The front seats really form
to your body. Thedriving position makes
for great visibility.
. The suspension should be stiffer.I
feel it should have been alittle more
refined than the regular 9-3 model.
Saab should have taken the quirky name
out of play when they made the Viggen.
I really would like to see saab make
aftermarket performance parts.
