2005 Saab 9-2X Aero 4dr Sport Wagon (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 5M)
It's a great wagon - speed, handling, AWD traction and cargo space in one classy package. And a lot of fun to drive. It does suffer from turbo lag and has average at best fuel economy. Nevertheless, this car (IMHO) not only looks better that WRX, but it is overall a better car. Considering current GM rebates and other discounts, it can be had for a lot less than 2005 WRX wagon which makes 9-2x Aero an excellent value.
All-weather AWD traction, sharp handling and steering response, turbo power, cargo space
More torque at low RPM, telescoping steering wheel, more driver's seat adjustments. Shifter could be better, as well as gearing. HID lights standard or a stand-alone option.
