Offered in both standard and supercharged Cooper S trim, the Mini convertible has a power-operated top that folds away in seconds to deliver the kind of fun that only a Mini can. There's still seating for four and cargo space is expectedly tight, but if you're looking for wind-in-your-hair fun on a budget, it's hard to top a topless Cooper.
