Most Wanted Coupe Over $45,000
Winner: Porsche
911
First introduced in 1964, the Porsche 911 design is truly a timeless form. Though
it has gone through many changes since then, the 911 holds true to its original
rear-mounted engine design and classic styling principles. For 2003, Porsche offers
the 911 in several coupe variations, including the basic Carrera, the all-wheel-drive
Carrera 4S, the open-air Targa, the potent Turbo and ferocious GT2. Porsche also
offers an extensive options list, allowing customers to personalize their cars.
Own a 911, and you'll have a car that is virtually unmatched in its ability to
offer outstanding performance along with day-to-day usability.

Based on the S-Class sedan, the CL is the top-of-the-line coupe from Mercedes-Benz.
This model packs the latest technology and luxury accruements in an exterior shape
that is sure to be a future classic. For 2003, the CL500 is equipped with a 302-hp
V8, while the updated CL55 AMG has a new supercharged 493-hp V8. Not to be outdone,
