what now?: by petharia on Mon Nov 03 21:43:44 PST 2008; Hi, In anaheim, ca. i own almost own a 2000 saturn sl w/ 85000 miles on it. plumbers truck pulled out of gas station, almost stopping right in my lane, i slowed some, he then moved over to the center lane, of three lanes in each direction. (without warning) flipped U'ie to reenter the same gas station driveway he pulled out of, but now facing 3 lanes of on-coming traffic (by the way this is all 20/20 after the fact...meaning it was not obvious what he was about to do...) I slowed, as he merged 1 lane over, then without apparently looking at anything other than that pump he wanted (i guess) actually continued to not only flip that u'ie & turn left right into me, (lucky me... almost passed this idiot) perhaps he thought i was moving faster than i could, taken that he just cut me off (for 2 lanes) as he quickly moved left. That move alone told me he saw me and was just a jerk. anyway, one week later, he never turned it in to his state farm agent. my infinity adjuster is pretty sure they'll total my car. but i dont want a salvage, nor salvage type title, i still owe $1200.00 to mullen finance & my infinity adjuster estimator guess' repair at $2703.00, and "Kelly Blue Book" is probably high at around $2500.00+/-. Infinity adjuster called it "80%" tentivly, but needs to look at his computers "blue book", (guess you guy's go by a secret one). Now let's get to my question, shall we? 1st... I'm a smart woman with NO real knowledge of your car insurance crap. I just know the amount of my monthly payment & signed on the dotted line every time they asked, shaking my head like I understood whatever the heck they were saying... you know... like we all do. My car payment at $252.05, I only had 4 � payments left & I owned my fantastic, beautiful saturn, that I love. $252.00 less dollars a month I gotta give away. just 4 payments away. state farm, first acting rude (no prob... I threatened injury, told her very calmly that I wouldn't talk to her until I first spoke w/ my attorney & hung up on her) then a very nice sounding (sorry... adjectives im single) this nice guy called me wanting to talk normal stuff, properly. way too long story short... as I said in the beginning I am smart... but feel quite blond these days & lack the "accident"/"Insurance co." lingo and tricks. what the heck now. what are they giving me? when? where do i get to take my car? why not now? (prevent storage fee's if they don't decide to fix it) since it's not a great time of this month for me financially, that's another story, thank goodness, ... what are they going to try? cause i don't want to miss that. and lastly ... what the heck do i need to google to learn what ever it is i minimally should know before i do anything? oh... n thanks. Re: 2004 chevy aveo vibration [new2007aveo]: by marissa24 on Mon Jul 14 12:23:45 PDT 2008; i have a 2006 chevy aveo bought the car with 371 miles on it the lil bucket been vibrating since then its 2008 took it has been back and forward and back and forward to the dealership now guess what its even worst its 2008 and the car need a wheel bearing thats is costing me around about $350.00. is that going to the fix the problem hmmmmm... im gonna have to pay the darn money and find out oh yeah the warranty is now expired the car dealership mullen chevrolet is closed down. i should continued my claim with the BBB COUNSEL but i let it go shame on me. stuck with a hoopty....... :-( take that car in don't waste time and let the miles go up get it checked over and over until it drive them crazy not you. go in the problem can get worst.

no title: by marissa24 on Mon Jul 14 12:06:29 PDT 2008; i have a 2006 chevy aveo bought the car with 371 miles on it the lil bucket been vibrating on the right side since 2006. its 2008 now, the car has been back and forward, back and forward and back again, to the dealership. now guess what its even worst its 2008 and the car need a wheel bearing thats is costing me around about $350.00. is that going to the fix the problem hmmmmm... im gonna have to pay the darn money and find out oh yeah the warranty is now expired the car dealership mullen chevrolet is closed down. i should continued my claim with the BBB COUNSEL but i let it go shame on me. stuck with a hoopty....... :-( the car is great on gas $45.00 full tank. but what about the low quality, you can lean against the door and put a dent it it, the tires and everything around the tires suck. i'm afraid i will be needing cv joints and axles soon the car is not sitting as high anymore. i'm single no kids no one ride in my car period. :lemon: :lemon: :lemon:

2 Interesting Tips: by hemisgo on Sun Jan 07 22:30:46 PST 2007; Hi fellow SRT-8 owners, Have had mine since July, great fun! Had Daytime driving lites turned on at dealer, same as a Canadian car, CAN NOT be reversed back to US mode. It seems to also made a difference in shifting (for the better). Also had a rear window air deflector installed by JEEP, kit was about $95 and dealer installation was about $50. It sure keeps the rear window free of road spray when raining. The SRT Track Experience was a blast at Lime Rock last Nov. everyone should, no, must take advantage of this, it's free. Haven't seen any on L.I. yet, maybe because I live on the North Fork. Mullen Mtrs. has been very accommodating in their service.

Honestly, other than the very nice full-width tail lights on the MKX, what the hell is Lincoln doing? And what's with getting rid of cool names like 'Aviator' in favor of nondescript acronyms, yet keeping names like 'Zephyr'?
