After we kill the trolls

Lets move on, shall we? :shades: Unusual comparison. My sister and her friends somehow came up with this car-to-people comparo. Pretty funny. "Think of these cars as, well, hollywood stars :). Infiniti is an athlete, think Kobe Bryant. Not graceful, nor classy, but nevertheless a true performer. Lexus is best compared to Justin Timberlake, sexy though not so sporty, and older women love him :P Acura is like Ashton Kutcher. Rarely considered a big hit, but somehow he always finds a way to make us love him. MB is Richard Gere or Denzel, nowhere sporty looking, but classy and aging nicely. BMW is a young rock star, David Cook perhaps (who?). So cool, sporty, manly and active looking. Audi is definitely Brad Pitt. All masculine, full of sensual look, and balanced classy-sporty look. Jaguar is George Clooney. Aging, but doing so gracefully and still plenty sexy." I asked "How about American cars?", and she said: "Err, that Hummer came to mind, that's so Arnold the Terminator. Big and buffed up, all testosterone and zero sexiness. The only other I can think of is Cadillac, K-Fed (WHO???) or Tom Cruise. Looks good but getting old and trying too hard to be young and hip." What do you guys think?

Or a mean old German lady who wants to push Ashton Kutcher's rental car into a ravine because he threw a snowball at you. :P

Tons of vintage Ferraris in Poland eh? Sign me up! :P Now one of these days I will have to catch a dumb Ashton Kutcher movie just to see a car scene.

I've never seen that film...but I looked it up on imcdb - and there it is, a W110 200D. I take it the fintail was driven by bad guys, they always are. I saw that movie awhile back. IIRC, Ashton Kutcher got their rental car stuck in a snowbank, and they flagged down the fintail. I think it was an old German couple driving, and Ashton got them miffed at him, so they rammed the rental car and pushed it through a snowbank and down into a ravine. I think Ashton also had a beat-up early 70's Challenger or Barracuda convertible in that movie.
This and last weekend:

Watched the movie "Just Married" with Ashton Kutcher and Brittany Murphy. There was a fintail in there that pushed their yellow rental car over the cliff. Last weekend in downtown I saw a rare (or replica) Ferrari, while I was waiting at a red light, and it was going on green. It looked old but in mint shape, red, similiar body style to the one in Ferris Bueller's day off. This one though I recall had fender vents behind the front wheels. Not sure of the model.
Re: Brand new 2008 accord vibrations at idle?? Help! [ashton_n]

The engine mounts in the VCM equipped car are specifically designed to be ACTIVE. If they are not functioning properly I can assure you you will not only have vibrations at idle, but , but also sense the VCM operation and the 3 cylinder vibrations as well. I know - I did, as have many others in the VCM forum. I would say this - they may need awhile to break in - my problems disappeared after about 3000 miles and my car's operation became "nearly seamless", whereas before it had been the "maddening behavior" cited by the WSJ reviewer. That said - AT? If so welcome to a place where no man has gone before - VCM land with 6-4-3 modes of operation, and all its vagaries. You will be told it is operating within normal limits. Probably the Active Engine Mounts - part of the VCM system. They may not be operating properly and insulating engine vibration from the car adequately - good luck with that one, right golfrski!?
