Re: Looking for rear captains chairs for my 04 [wolfenberger]

Wolfenberger, Sounds good. Where are you at? I'm definitely interested My 60/40 gray leather bench is in great shape. I just went out and went over it. there are a couple light brown drop size stains in the drivers side. Real light. That's it, otherwise it looks new. How about yours. I can send pictures if you like. The big thing is your location. I'm not sure how to figure out the logistics if we have to ship them. But I can look into it. Thanks.

That's been my experience a few times driving a similar route (Gig Harbor to Tri-Cities and back) Pretty close, Tallman. My route is Tri-Cities to Vashon. Yes, since I do this trip 1x month, I'll do another check in January. Snow tires won't be as good as the Michelins, but I won't be running AC then. Tires make a big difference. I know that the car won't coast nearly as fast with the snow tires. My guess for winter driving: 33 mpg.

I measured a 100% highway trip from eastern Washington to Seattle and back again. 38.5 mpg there and 41 mpg back. That's been my experience a few times driving a similar route (Gig Harbor to Tri-Cities and back) in my 06 EX-L manual. The warm weather helps with this trip. You won't do nearly as well in the wind and colder temps. ;)

Same in Gig Harbor, WA. I have yet to find a station that sells "pure" gasoline.

Gig Harbor. Very close to Tacoma, WA I can remember this stuff, but not things my wife tells me to do, We have a rule in our house, if its three or more things to do, make a list

My daughter finishes her fourth year at the UofWashington this month. Please, no applause yet, she still has a 5th year to do. The good news, I only promised 4 years, the 5th is on her nickel. (yes I’m going to help some) When she was in High School she was absolutely humiliated that she had to drive a red 97 Ford Escort. After a day of complaining, I said “fine, give me the keys and ride the bus”. Yep, attitude change. It is amazing the kinds of cars some of these High School kids are driving. In Gig Harbor, WA where I live, lots of BMW’s, Acura’s and Lexus.
