Well, I dealt with about 4 dealerships in total, all of them were pricing around this range. But I went with Paragon in Queens because they had the color and interior I wanted. I wanted the Black ext with Parchment inside (if you ask me that just looks majestic). If you live in NJ here is what I did. I went online and requested (at the dealership website) via internet for an internet price for the car. Among the multiple quotes, someone will compete and give you a pretty good deal. Then you find out which dealer has the color (interior /exterior) you want. Even if the dealer quoted you a higher price initially if you are serious buyer the dealer will match your lowest offer. (warning : some haggling is involved) Dealerships in NJ : OpenRoad Acura (E.Brunswick), Acura of Springfield, Paragon in Queens and Plaza Mall in Brooklyn
Do I have to buy 4 tires or just 2 on 99gcV8 4x4?

I have about 10 grand in repairs and upgrades on my 99 GC laredo V8 4x4 quadradrive 2. Dealer mechanic claims that replacing the 2 front tires only will destroy the transfer case, even though the rears are only 1 year old. I bought goodyear wrangler SSR all season radials for the front,(same as factory uses) and left the rears alone, since the fronts were bald. The rears have almost 90% of their tread left. BTW, I bought this beautiful gunmetal V8, heated leather clad seats, infinity stereo, etc. For 6500 in March 08. For a laredo, it has every option except cd changer. THANK GOD I BOUGHT THE CHRYSLER POWERTRAIN WARRANTY!!!!!!. Chrysler paid out 7200 in replacing the all wheel drive system, engine computer, trans computer, body computer, transfer case, all 4x4 related seals, battery, and two tires, A rental car was provided free. Safford dodge/jeep in Springfield VA is very honest and has always kept their promises, but I just dont buy the fact that I need to replace all 4 tires at once. Please help!! I dont want to mess up my finally-fixed jeep. Thx, Chris :lemon: Is the mechanic being truthful? The rear tires AREE the exact same size, but a different brand with a more sporty/passenger tire look. I need to go to buffalo in December...will transfer case go bad due to 1/4 inch tread difference?

There is also good reason to believe that if Slick Willey, were still president we may of never been attacked thus your point is Before you give the "good reason", let me guess. The terrorists would have cancelled 911 if somehow Bill Clinton remained as President because they liked his actions/non-actions toward terrorists. They would cite Bill's pardon of the jailed FALN terrorist group people who attacked and killed/injured Americans in the US. Believe that Bill pardoned them sometime in 2000. Back to on-topic, we need to hear some facts about Obama's associations with the non-repentant terrorist Bill Ayers. Heard that there might have been an earlier connection or association between Ayers and Obama when Obama was in college. Everyone knows by now that Ayers had a letter or opinion piece in NY Times on 9-11-2001 saying that he regrets not doing more bombing. Obama was already in elective office in Springfield, Illinois at the time.

"...Thank goodness the bulk of my "estate" is in munis..." Who do you think purchased all those sub-prime mortgage backed derivatives? Springfield MA lost $18 million out of a $20 million investment on those. :cry:

Everyone who is defending Palin's governing chops should read fezo's link. Supposedly, Palin has an 80 percent approval rating as Governor in Alaska. Heard this many times on tv network news shows and apparently it is correct. Surely attack dogs such as Keith Oberman and Obama Handler Axelrod would have discredited by now if 80 percent was not correct. About governing, of course Obama has no executive experience. He could not even make decisions in a large legislative body in Springfield Illinois to vote Yes or No. He voted Present an "Astounding" 130 times. And, Obama won his Senate seat in a highly Democrat State running against a worn-out carpetbagger candidate from Maryland who somehow qualified as a resident in Illinois shortly before the election.
