Bose 6 disk CD w/XM, 8 Bose speakers, sunroof, fog lights, deck spoiler, metallic dash trim. I'd say she's pretty well loaded up, option wise. Since I've owned it I put in the 4 piece Billit Grilles, K&N air filter, chrome exhaust tips. I have an SS stripe kit in dark grey on order.

In fact, when I bought my car in September, the dealer only had 3 SS Impala's in stock. Colchester, what part of Jersey? I'm in Philly, but have a summer place in Cape May. Oh how I love Route 55 or the Garden state Parkway late at night, Flat, smooth, 2 lanes. All I need to see is a trooper with a car stop in the northbound lanes, and I'm hammer-down all the way to the end of Rt.55 or exit 0 on the GSP. The car handles very well at 80-85, no drifting or swaying.

(I will be watching them do this)!!!.......talk later......btw instead of you calling me colchester....I'm Bryan....nice to meet you guys!

just about ready to buy a 06 SS: by robs6wagon on Sun Jan 28 07:14:49 PST 2007; Well, thanks to colchester's remarks about his SS, and the fact that I cant seem to get this 06 SS, black/black leather, Bose, roof, 6 disc, etc., off my mind, I believe I am going to make the deal happen. The particulars are: I got the price down to $18,990 (car has 12,500 miles), while trading in my 06 Civic EX with 27,000 miles, auto trans, loaded. They will give me $16495 for the Honda. Good deal?? The car, however, is a manufacturer buy back, according to carfax! This dealer supposedly fixed the issues and is for resale. Just found this out last night after deciding that this is the car for me. Havent spoke to the dealer yet about what those issues were. The car drove fine, stayed straight, no hesitation in power, everything worked, just a little wind noise.......any thoughts are very much appreciated. Thanks! -Rob

My boss swears she wasn't charged a subscription fee...only for her wireless minutes. Oh...and did you know OnStar was in Volkswagens? She drives a Passat and her controls are mounted where our Homelink remote buttons are. Pretty nifty feature in hers is that there's a green light that starts flashing red when she's running out of minutes. I think I prefer our DIC notifications but hers is pretty cool too. Anyway, any word on OnStar subscription rates/deals, wireless minutes, etc would be great. Also, I know now that GM, VW, and Acura has OnStar. Anyone know of any other makes?
