Re: 2001 740I with NAV/computer problems [im_brentwood]: by buckleym on Wed Sep 19 10:38:33 PDT 2007; sorry for the delay - it's a wide screen screen so I assume it's a Mk3. I think that is the problem - I have a 2000 or 2001 Nav system and I'm using a 2005 CD. That is why the replaced the Nav system with a current one on my 2000 one. I'm hoping they will do something similar with the 2001. I really love carmax. They are the greatest - for a loaner they gave me a crossfire. Wow, it is sweet - but my wife took it away from me. ha ha - later

They all have the quotas to meet and I figure with the market the way it is, at the end of the month, the hoods will be raised and balloons in the parking lot....is yours a 2008 or 2007?

Re: 2008 ES350 Loaner Purchase [driveitalot]: by karter14 on Fri Oct 10 12:32:13 PDT 2008; Try the Lexus dealer in Nashville, TN. About a 4 hour drive from Asheville and they are great to deal with. The end of July I got a 350 with Premium plus and a load of extras,i.e. blue tooth, full size spare, HID lamps, etc for $35K and $199 doc fee. The prices have gone down since then. Get ahold of the internet manager and tell him what you are willing to pay and he will probable take it. You might wait until the end of the month. They have quotas and they are not making them. Try the Brentwood dealer. Good luck.
