I'm glad you are in this area to let me know about Serra Honda. I am sick about the money I just gave them for the 30000 mile service! I left Tuscaloosa to drive to B'ham as Townsend Honda (only Honda dealership in the town) wanted $319.00 of the service!! They told me my brakes were seriously worn and the front had a "hot spot". They told me the brakes were almost metal to metal. I said, the car is only two years old, is this normal?" Of course, the answer was yes. The car has 35350 miles. Should I need new brake pads, rotors turned, and four new tires at this point? What are your experiences with your Accords at this mileage?

My wife did go to Wal-Mart and bought an Anchor Hocking glass casserole made in USA today. She also bought 4 plastic storage containers made in USA by Sterilite of Townsend, MA. The paper napkins are also Made in USA. So we did our part today buying all made in USA products. Now if Rocky and his friends in MI will only buy things made in USA we can get this ball rolling.

Other guys like Harley Earl or Enzo Ferrari are notable for great styling or being able to design and build one of the world's best sports cars. I was trying to think of others who belong in Auto Hades. I thought it was too harsh for Chris Bangle for messing up BMW design and having other idiots copy him. He only deserves Auto Purgatory. Ralph Nader was another candidate, but I didn't want to get too political. There are definately a lot of guys who belong in Auto Purgatory. Ich bin eine Oldster! Oscar, Oscar, Oscar... Oscar lived in the town I grew up in. Always a nice sight to see him walking on Main St. Not sure what he drove though. Neil Sedaka drove a gold Rolls convertible. And oft wore a terry (velour?) warm up suit that matched. I could drop more names, but as goodegg (el segundo Oscar)noted, that wouldn't be making me money, saving me time, or making life a little easier etc. 'Cuz, "Out here in the field, I fight for my meal! Prices in Birmingham: by vhreb123 on Sat Jun 23 22:24:11 PDT 2007; Shoutout to Birmingham buyers. I am looking for an 07 Pilot LX 2wd. So far I have heard nothing but praise towards Precision Honda. However I live closer to Tameron and my family had purchased vehicles there before so naturally I went to Tameron first. Out the door price was around $25,560. I told them I got $24,493.73(which I honestly did) from Townsend Honda. They did not believe me. They told me they would match the price "if" I could bring proof such as fax(which I now have). Should I ask for Ray at Precision and forget about Tameron? dbags, handymom,anybody? ** Dbags if you're out there reading this and since you bought the exact same car I want, How in the world did you get $23,300 out the door plus all those accessories you mentioned? How? That is absolutley impossible!
