"Tilt-down" side mirrors on North American Azeras

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but - as far as I know no "made for the US" Azera has this feature. If you read the fine print in the owners' manual it says "if so equipped". American cars are not. ;)

Congradulations on the new car....I always enjoyed driving just outside of Boston..Man those beautiful small towns, and lovely scenery...I guess what use to be called the North Shore--some of the most beautiful areas I`v ever seen....Watch out for chapped lips though :) Tony

Ft Myers is where I turn off i95 and get on the Florida turnpike--at a price-- and I haven`t explored the area as I am in a rush to get to Miami.....You`l have fun thinking and exploring (with the computer)....As for hurricanes, (if you own your house you don`t have to have a expensive insurance policy)....I have had to cope with them my whole life, and they can be ferocious....If you are careful and have a proper roof--I mean a good one, and the good storm windows, the damage can be controlled....Unfortunately my roof --although sound--could give me some trouble in a big blow....I would love to have a garage for the cars, but in my planning we have a concrete garage(pay) nearby and will put the cars in it....For hurricane Hugo I stayed south of Charleston (20 miles) and I don`t suggest sticking around for that powerful of a storm....It only got up to about a hundred mph sustained, but north of the city it was terrable...Another thing, the pitch of the roof is important...The steeper the pitch the better it will stay on---sort of like an airplane wing....Tony

kinda like the state north of you-low sales tax and then the personal property tax comes. YIPES. instead of getting screwed all at once those states like to do it slowly. I guess i should feel lucky our ppt does not seem to be as high as other states and not on as many things. i am the proud owner of an 06 6spd MR/eb/w nav and love it. great cars. I have a son that lives in charleston. (actually st. james island)

Hi H Many years ago, the policy for the east coast of Florida way there were no ticket if you were going South, but brother watch out when you were going North....I was young and got four of them going home...They cost ten dollars apiece and never got sent to the other state....Ten dollars was alot back then ---particularly going home....Today I still drive a little slower when heading North....Tony
