bon-bon - Merc dealer in the boston area: by intl1 on Mon May 13 21:15:20 PDT 2002; Yes, that dealer is indeed lousy. The best dealer I found in the area is Viti Motors in Tiverton, RI. We live in Boston and have had a fantastic experience with them. Once you schedule an appointment for service, they will come to Boston, drop off a loaner car and bring your car in for service. They will then drop off your car and pick up the loaner car. It put on an additional 60 miles on the car for each service but is well worth it. Hope that helps.

They have quite a few customers in the Boston area as well as in NY. Will pickup your car and leave you with a loaner.

All cars are sold at MSRP, no additional markups for hard to get vehicles. Their service is impeccable, never a hassle or any unexpected charges. No matter how you are dressed or who you are, you are treated with respect by all the employees. Their only fault is that they give Toyota Corollas for loaner cars.

They have the finest service. Mo Vaghn is one of their customers. They will pick up you vehicle for service. Call Viti, they have an 800#, don't have it off-hand, ask for Marsha, she will steer you right. I just bought my second ML, traded my 98 ML320 on a new 00ML430, love the vehicle.
