I don't believe that the No seatbelt had points (especially then 3-4 years ago).Mayby just the POINTS don't get transferred but the INCIDENT does and that's what the insurance can access and increase premiums

A couple of years ago I received in Edison a (Just ONE) ticket for NO Seatbelt.Awhile afterward I changed insurance co. (Geico- NY) and the operator told me of the No Seatbelt ticket!

Asset rich but with out the common sense God gave a squirrel, they ventured beyond insurance to mortgage derivatives. The US govt will be paid off early from asset sales and earn 11% interest in the interim . Why did they get bailed out ? You don't want to know the trillions they were counter party to on their derivatives. As to their executives and their spa weekend. RB's all. Think rodent and iiligitimate children.

I live in Houston. Specifically Katy Honda. I picked up the cherry with tan EXL- NAVI/RES for $29,589 in the cherry red with tan leather which is what I wanted, 2008. I also get free oil changes for life from the dealership and free loaner cars for life if a wait over 2 hours in the service department. I also recv'd 0% financing so I am happy as can be. It has 23 miles on the odometer. I felt like with the zero percent financing I was getting a GREAT deal. thanks everyone! I really suggest copying the prices paid and then sending to the dealers, I copied everything Btw I purchased mine from Honda of Katy Texas, I went thru the fleet sales for this and used Brooke and the GM too. HTH someone else (I also sold my volvo xc90 on ebay for for $5K more than I what I owe :) for so I am having a good car week!) KH :P
