2008 MDX Sport PTG: by ejoyce423 on Tue Nov 18 03:58:24 PST 2008; What have others paid for a 2008 MDX Sport PTG? What should be our starting number when negotiating with a dealership in Delaware? We have only once found a dealership in NJ willing to accept the 20% off MSRP offer although they did not have our desired color combination. We also found a dealership in Chevy Chase, MD willing to deduct the $4K incentive off his invoice and also cut deep into his holdback. Exactly how would the 2% holdback and advertising fees be calculated? Do you think it would it be to our advantage to wait and negotiate a deal closer towards the end of the month (perhaps Black Friday)?

This week I will be taking possession of the '09 Forester to replace my '97 GT Limited which served me well. Steel Silver Moonroof Air Deflector Subwoofer Ash Tray 25K + t/t Could have had the same with Utility Pkg for 25.6K but personally I don't care for the look with the wheel arch molding. Anyone in SE PA or N Delaware should consider Rafferty Subaru in Newtown Square PA...customer oriented folks who found me the configuration I wanted at, what I think is, a fair price.

Delaware for example - you can quit or get fired at any time, with some exceptions. Union members typically have more rights under their collective bargaining agreement than what state laws or court decisions give an ordinary employee. You would not believe you're maybe an hour from New York City. Have seen it and would agree. There are many beautiful parts of New Jersey away from Newark area. Jersey gets a bad rap from comedians who probably never venture beyond the NY/Newark area. Just like GM today, Jersey "Gets no respect".

We had a crazy one in Jersey years back called the Tocks Island dam. Would have created a 37 mile long lake between NJ and Pennsylvania in the Delaware River. They started the idea in 1955 and I don't think it was officially dead until the early90s but by then they had emptied out almost whole townships (one of them last i looked had 5 people left).
