Re: capacity of larger filters... [isellhondas]

Nope didn't bother. I opened the valves for a quick look-see and even under magnification I could see no tracking or spotting what-so-ever. I simply cleaned up the gasket faces and slapped the heads back on. ;-) Interestingly enough, the day I got the van back together I left on a 2,000 mile road trip. On the way out I noticed that my fuel economy was rivaling the best that van had ever delivered (mid 25s via the trip computer) and I wasn't exactly taking it easy. On the way home I decided to take it easy by keeping the speed in the 67 mph range and managed to go from Adair, MI to Albany, NY on a single tank of gas, a distance of 504 miles. When I filled up in Albany the trip computer was registering an astounding (for a 3.8 liter minivan) 28.2 mpg. Not too shabby. ;-) Best Regards, Shipo
Re: Moonroof [akirby]

The hole in the roof became more popular in as a vent, in Europe, when the side wing window was done away with. Can you say cigarette smoke? I knew you could! Started out as canvas or steel...when you opened them you could see the SUN...hence sunroofs. Now in the us if those roofs got dented you could cut glass to fit them (yep, no such thing anymore as the glass must be tempered or safety) When you look thru glass you can see the MOON!! hence...moonroof Just like Kleenex..Fridge(adair).....the moonroof/sunroof has slipped into the American Lexicon of speech :shades:

Lease Spreadsheet
by larry_adair on Sat Dec 08 09:57:41 PST 2001
Hi, I just finished the first version of a leasing spreadsheet that anyone can download for free. Two things..1) It is a very simple application in Excel format. I would appreciate some feedback on information that is unclear or additional information that would be helpful (this is just a free product that I made in my spare time so be easy on me would ya?). 2) I would appreciate it if you would register for the download but that is not necessary.  (moderator..this is my first post and I didn't see anything that suggests this post is out of line for this forum but if so please delete and I will look again!).  The link for registration is http://bottomlinedeals.com/spreadsheetoptin.htm  The link for the donload is here  http://bottomlinedeals.com/spreadsheetdownload.htm  I hope this is helpful to somebody. If you hit a snag let me know and I will try to help.  Larry
