The Bentley

Hey Boom! Yes, I'm going in the dealership this week to see about ordering the '09 Continental Flying Spur. When I talked with the saleslady a couple of months ago, she said it might take six months to get what I want. I want the exterior to be Magnolia (creamy-white) and the interior to either be Magnolia or Oatmeal. One thing is for sure, no chrome wheels, I like the factory wheel finish. This dealership claims to be the largest Rolls/Bentley dealer in the country. So, I'm thinking that they will have a unit coming in that I will like without me having to order, we'll see. Mark

It can and has happened on our lot. We face the street to the busiest blvd. In VA Beach. People think it's a racetrack. I've seen some doosies of an accidents in the time that I've been working there. One Saturday summer evening a 95 Camry driven by a woman was side swiped and she lost control of the vehicle. At that time we were in our old building which had this natural pond right next to it and it was stocked with Coi. She went right into the pond right after hitting the curb. There was an old magnolia tree right in front and she's lucky she scraped it otherwise she would have hit it head on and would have been seriously injured. When we saw she was ok we went into the pond to help her out. And of course me being the joker that I am said to her: "I know you were running late for your appointment but our sevice department is now closed. Since you're here anyway why don't we look at a new Camry. Looks like yours is all wet." She was not amused. :confuse:

I'm in the hot seat now!!! I'm going to order a 2009 Bentley Continental Flying Spur Mulliner edition, Magnolia with Magnolia interior (if they still offer that color). I'll keep this one in California. I just turned 50 so it's my b-day present and it better last 20 yrs!! Mark

It's Grant Cardone. Man you ARE getting old! I've seen him a couple of times and frankly I don't think he ever sold many cars. I do believe he's made his money putting these clinics on. Kind of like the movie Magnolia with Tom Cruise. Some of the "classic lines" like "Would you want 0 for your car if your payoff was 0" :confuse: Some of the lines these guys want us to use are really dumb! :shades: Mackabee

Thanks for the intel. I took the truck to the shop and they told me that the interface under the fuse panel was shorted out. I dont think that they know what they were talking about because if that was the case there wouldnt not be any power at the dash or at the starter and I know the starter had power hell it had 12.6 VDC. So I dont know but the part costs $375 dollars. And thats just the part. Yea ouch!!!!

Hey did you ever figure out what the hack was going on. I thought is was my starter so I replaced it but nothing. I got the same problem. I got power to the dash and all the lights work. I even got power to my starter but she will not turn over. I got the cummins too. I went to the local gas station parked it and when I came back out about 10 minutes later nothing. I tried jumping and like you nothing. I bypassed the starter relay too. Can you help me out buddy?
