The key here is your mention of replacing (the bladder gizmo behind the engine). That may have been a bad idea. First of all, that thing is called the VNT actuator. The turbocharger is a VNT (Variable Nozzle Turbocharger) and the adjustment on the 'shaft' of the VNT actuator is tuned at the factory. Altering it can have devastating effects on your engine. (like overboost!) the code P1550 you are getting is pointing directly at that as the problem ( http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/17958/P1550/005456 ) Essentually, code P1550 is telling you that the computer senses a problem with the VNT actuator or its control piping. Also check your N75 valve. Here is a website that has excellent photos of the inner-workings of your VNT... pay close attention to the very last moving photo which shows how the VNT vanes move.

Maybe its your driving I doubt it. All Prius drivers are not Saints! Some believe the spelling of the car is P-O-R-S-C-H-E! Until a minivan blows them off the road, that is! When most people think of a hybrid vehicle, a super-high-mileage model like the Toyota Prius usually comes to mind. Currently the top-selling hybrid in the United States by a wide margin, the Prius is nonetheless underpowered even by economy car standards, a sacrifice necessary to help achieve its lofty 5.1L/100km. Sluggish as it is, the Prius would be even less zippy without its electric motor, which boosts the car's puny 76-horsepower gasoline engine up to the equivalent of 110 horsepower. So how can the same mechanical wizardry used to create the most fuel-efficient vehicles on the market also augment acceleration and performance? According to Marc Ross, a professor of physics at the University of Michigan, drivers need look no farther than the electric power source, which supplies lots of low-speed power (called torque) to augment the gasoline engine. "That is probably the technology's most important application," Ross says. Take for example the fastest hybrid currently on the market based on acceleration time: the US$55,800 Lexus GS 450h. An electric motor mated to its V6 engine increases fuel efficiency while actually adding power. With a 0-96 kph time of 5.2 seconds, the GS 450h is speedy enough to be a match for the Porsche 911. Yet it manages class-leading fuel economy for a luxury sedan of its size: 11L/100km in the city, 9.4L / 100km on the highway. Here is the complete article for your viewing pleasure. I can't wait for those 4 wheel electric in-wheel motors that can generate 500 bhp's!! Fastest Hybrids Regards, OW

I think disappearing ice in the artic is indisputable as well. However, while the Ross Ice sheet in the Antartic may also be shrinking, the total amount of ice in Antartica is increasing. Antartic ice contains over 90% of the world's fresh water.
Re: Winter Tires for Hyundai Santa Fe [artisan1]

Hello Artisan1, I live in Barrie, and I don't believe all season tires ever cut it in the winter. My wife just purchased a 2008 SF this summer, and I just purchased a winter tire and rim package for it. It's a Limited, so it had 18" rims - these would be very expensive, so I went down to 16" rims and tires. I ended up purchasing Firestone Winterforce UV tires in a 235/70R16 size with steel rims from Active Green + Ross. I shopped around for weeks, but could not beat their price. Selection isn't great in that size, so you will be limited. The Michelin Latitude X-Ice would have been my first choice, but these would be have cost nearly $300 more for the set. Good luck!
