"It was bureaucrats..." Yes. Folks like Barney Frank. We know whom many of them are. Time to have hearings and hold them accountable for this mess. We have now moved from all loans, all the time, to practically no loans, all the time. I hope to never again here the lie that every American can and should own his own home.

These are easy, I'm thinking I'm not the only one who's heard them... Joel got the first one... Invention to see through walls: a window. Barney Dribble walked out into the parking lot during daylight hours. Have you heard this one? Jim lives on the 33rd floor of an apartment building. Whenever he's heading to his apartment, if he is alone, he gets off at the 27th floor and walks the remaining 6 flights of stairs up to his apartment. If he's not alone, he travels all the way up to the 33rd floor. Why?

Barney Dribble left the "Soul-Ace Hotel" and walked toward the parking lot. Without the benefit of moonlight or any artificial light, he was able to spot his black car 30 yards away. How was this possible? GP

I would be surprised if Cerberus isn't donating to the Democrats, too. Big companies usually like to hedge their bets. Don't doubt that the Democrats would investigate Cerberus after the November elections, as that will distract attention from the actions of Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and the heads of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that contributed to the current real estate and banking mess...

1963 Ford Fairlane - he wants an awful lot of money for a car with so many issues that isn't worth that much in pristine condition. What does he think he has - a Thunderbolt? The Dr. Pepper 1951 Chevrolet would look pretty cool restored, but I wouldn't consider it an investment. Maybe the Dr. Pepper company would be interested. I think I'd rather have the stock 1964 Chevrolet Impala versus the stupid custom '62. Barney's Dart? This guy isn't merely dreaming, but smoking blunts the size of telephone poles!

Get real guys....no dealership is going to make a key for any vehicle without proper identification. Last time I had to have a key made to get the doors opened (Probably 10 years ago)...I had to show my owners card with vin, and picture drivers license. No matching identification, no key. More recent vintages cars, In order to get some spares made had to take the vehicle in with all of the keys, so they can program the immobilizer to all the keys, and the remotes to the remote entry. ;) I have an idea.....somebody do a test. Go to a dealership, write down a VIN number from one of the vehicles on the lot, go to the parts guy and ask to have a key made. Time the amount of time it takes the states' Barney's finest' to show up, while the parts guy is stalling and fumbling about trying to figure out how to make you a key........ ;)
