Why can't they sell this car for the past 3 years? There will be a lot of questions to ask and check anything wrong with this car. Of course a test drive is needed before any offer is offered. In EBay Motor I found a 2005 Pilot in "New" section which is in NY. However this car has lots of mileage. It should be a mistake. Honda Civic EXL/Nav from Paragon, Woodside, NY: by jlo6 on Sun Aug 03 14:48:39 PDT 2008; Paragon told me they would match a price of $23,397.98 for an '08 Honda Civic EXL/Nav. However at the dealership they added fees bringing the price to over $24,400. Even with $10K downpayment, they told me financing would be close to $500 for 36 mo at 1.9%. They presented a lease deal of 36 mo w/$3,000 down and $340 mo. payment. Please let me know what you think of this. Thank you.

Made the Deal at Manhattan Mazda in NYC Had quotes as well from Wantagh Mazda , Country Mazda in Huntington, Koeppell Mazda In Woodside NY The only dealer I disliked was Koeppell In woodside I think their sales force would be more comfortable slithering than walking. And all star Mazda in Hempstead never answered any of my requests. Wantagh and Country were the most responsive as far as sending prices via e-mail etc. I was a little leary of Manhattan because they would not e-mail or fax a work sheet , but they turned out to be honest and had the lowest quoted price. I have been talking and e-mailing this deal between the 4 dealers for almost a month , and if I wanted to persue it for another couple of weeks I probably could have dropped the price another 300. - 500. bucks, but I no longer consider the 2001 oldsmobile Silhouette reliable transportation for the wife and kids. And hey summers half gone they gotta take some trips somewhere.

There are not many '07s left in NY/CT/NJ. Paragon Acura in Woodside (Queens) is where I was able to finaly wear the General Sales Manager (Tony) down and at 9pm on friday night he gave in and sold me the car. He purports the dealership lost $1,100 in the deal, but I don't see how that's possible given a $33,300 invoice and $2,500 dealer cash back.

Residual is 26,188. Monthly Payment is $634.64 (includes CT tax @ 6%) Drive off cost is $1529.28 (595 Finance Fee, 249 Doc Fee, 50.64 Tax on Doc and Finance Fee, 634.64 First Month Payment) Good experiences with Acura of Ramsey and Morande Acura in Berlin CT - professional and easy to deal with. Bad Experience with Paragon in Woodside, NY(never returned a call - terrible service - still couldn't get a price after 2 days) - Read other reviews on them - seems like they are scam artists. Greenwich Acura, Acura of Westchester, Rallye Acura and Acura of Valley Stream were all at least $1-2k higher - and not willing to budge. Hope this is helpful. Thanks for other posts - definely able to help me get a good deal.
