Hi, thecableguy : envy you got a good deal from south of the border ! I noticed you asked about buying in US near the end of 2006 , and in late Janurary , you have one 5-seat limited ! How many time you spend on the paper work and have it registered in Ontario ? Did you follow the instructions in www.cars101.com ? I am in Richmond Hill too , very interested in buying one 7 seat . thanks !

Sadler Honda in South Hill, VA. They matched a price given to me by Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge, VA. Given that Sadler's processing fee is $89 versus $299 at Hendrick, the choice was easy. I would recommend Sadler to anyone and everyone! The salesman even offered to drive the car to me since I live in Richmond, VA (100 miles to the north of South Hill).

My dealer is Avante Mazda in Richmond Hill. They have two locations - one on Yonge Street just south of Steeles, the other is also on Yonge Street just north of Major Mackenzie. I go to the second one, although the customer service should be equal at both since they are both owned by the same party.

I'll tell ya, it must be nice to have a speed limit of 75! Or to be in Montana and theoretically, at least, have NO speed limit... There isn't even a 65 zone within a half-hour drive of where I sit right now, that's the fun of living in a metro area in the northeast! To head south on I-95 is a revelation once you are past Richmond, as the hills mostly disappear and it's pretty much ALL 65-70 zones, but 75? We can dream, can't we? In any event, I can confirm that the car WILL equal or beat its' highway rating if you are going 65-75mph, have the cruise control on, and you have a 5spd. :) It sucks to be driving so painfully slowly (when 75-80 on EVERY highway would be my wish), at least I don't have to answer to "the man". My buddy drove up from Long Island to hang last weekend and got nailed for 82 in a 55... We don't even know how much the ticket is going to be! His first ticket EVER, having had a driver license for about 13 years... But I knew he was due for it, that guy drives 75 EVERYWHERE, no matter what the speed limit is. I just wish I had a BMW M5, a sunny Montana afternoon, and every cop was out at Dunkin Donuts... *sigh* -SHOV6 P.S.- Am I the only one who's noticed that you can squeeze an additional gallon into the tank after the pump clicks off? I don't mean a little dribble, but a FULL gallon?

If you are considering buying the DVD system or the upgrade, you may want to check whether your area and the areas you intend to travel to have detailed coverage. IMHO, it is a pretty weak offering since you can buy several PC based applications that cover every street in the country on a CD for less than $50.00 and, as pointed out in a previous post, adds only a small number of new areas compared to the previous version.
