You would not believe you're maybe an hour from New York City. Have seen it and would agree. There are many beautiful parts of New Jersey away from Newark area. Jersey gets a bad rap from comedians who probably never venture beyond the NY/Newark area. Just like GM today, Jersey "Gets no respect".

I like to know a dealer who will beat the price I have right now with me in Scott Honda who gave me OTD price of $19900 with Leather wrapped steering wheel, Chrome exhaust finisher and Splash guards. I hope the EX comes with Carpet mats. Can some one share your experience and thoughts about this deal too.

Chrysler, are you kidding me?: by nippononly on Wed Oct 29 19:51:30 PDT 2008; Chrysler will pull plug on hybrid Aspen, Durango Chrysler LLC will stop producing its first two hybrid-electric vehicles slightly more than two months after they started arriving in dealerships. This summer, Chrysler introduced the Chrysler Aspen and Dodge Durango Hemi hybrid SUVs to great fanfare. Production began in August. But the two were doomed to a short lifespan from the beginning. They are made at Chrysler's Newark, Del., plant, originally scheduled to close at the end of 2009. But slow full-sized SUV sales pushed Chrysler to move the closing up a year. The company announced last week it will close Newark at the end of this year. Chrysler has no plans to produce the hybrid SUVs elsewhere, said spokesman Todd Goyer. They talk about producing a hybrid Dodge Ram in 2010, and promise that "more hybrids are coming", but it's all just spitting in the wind. Delaware 2009 Civic LX Manual: by utalkinto0me on Tue Oct 28 17:22:39 PDT 2008; $16,663.00, plus tax and tags only. With 4,000 tade in ended up out the door for about 13050. Payments on 60 month 5.9 are 260.00. Bought a metallic grey LX manual. Love it drives great and has great gas mileage. Dealership is in Newark Delaware on Cleveland Ave, ask for Carol. Re: Gas Mileage [allmet33]: by tjc78 on Mon Sep 15 08:18:36 PDT 2008; I haven't heard of ANY V-6 vehicle capable of 30+ mpg at speeds above 65 mph. FWIW on a recent road trip (south jersey to Newark airport) my '06 Avalon got 30.5 at a solid 74 MPH for 75 miles or so. On the way home I was little heavier footed 80 - 85 and it dropped to 29.3. This was under ideal conditions (a/c on) with light traffic and I had just filled up 1/2 mile from the highway resetting the AVG MPG indicator. So it is possible under certain conditions. Of course now with putting around the city all weekend and driving to the office this morning average is already down to 25.3.
