I related and laughed much. I used to direct traffic when the lights were out as a Berkeley officer in 1965/66. That is ONE DANGEROUS situation. Drivers seem lost when I would motion them to speed up and get their cars through the intersection and stop gaucking (sp) at me. And I had to watch my back as the high speeders came off the freeway and were "late for work". Then there was the driver that just had stop and talk with me as I directed traffic. One stopped his car in the middle of Ashby and San Pable blvd. and I had to order him to leave or get cited. I bet some posters here had similar experiences, either as law enforcement or as citizens who stopped to help. (Never had a chance to say thank you to you.) My wife and myself are driving to Yellowstone tomorrow to enjoy each other and see the beauty of our country. Good luck to all and stay safe. brake, ABS light on: by ashby on Wed Jul 06 15:33:59 PDT 2005; I think that my speed sensor is out but I don't know. When I slow down below 30 mph the speedometer falls and if I stop the truck stalls. Any Ideas before I spend $ 70 on a diagnostic test?

i saw a lamborghini at the car show: by avalanche165 on Mon Sep 10 05:39:07 PDT 2001; bill dixon's car show in Ft. Ashby, WV. this white lamborghini pulls up, everyones awwing and oooing...he wants to race everyone. my friend took him in his crx. and you know why? it was a 1980's pontiac FIERO with a 350 block in it, and a $9000 body kit. it still looked cool, diablo doors and everything. but damn that thing was slow....i can take my friends crx...so i can take a lamborghini right?
