Re: is maintainance residualizeable? [storm10] by raymmer on Tue Sep 13 10:23:29 PDT 2011

Guys, I leased my E350 for 33 months at the end of April. The final item that the finance guy did was showed me that I could get the two year maintenance for less than $10/month in my lease. That is less than $330 for the two year maintenance. I of course took it where before I had initially rejected it.

Re: USAA Discount Qualification [mb_ryna] by raymmer on Sun Jul 10 17:29:23 PDT 2011

I leased an E350 at the end of April using USAA. While I am a veteran, I do not have insurance with USAA. I have seen this before on here and in my case I didn't have to have insurance. What I did have to do is call them and get an authorization number from them. Once I got that I got the discount.

Re: 2011 E Class sedan in Georgia [jpick] by raymmer on Tue May 24 17:35:42 PDT 2011

I leased a 2011 E Class at the end of April using USAA. Basically, at that time I got the vehicle for $1850 below invoice. MSRP was 58600 and I got it for 51,xxx.

No, I did not note any harshness, however, I'm riding on 20" rims now with my 300 so the Taurus felt much smoother. One thing for sure; I won't get 20 incher again! Will probably drive the SHO this weekend, but probably won't buy before June/July timeframe next year. RRS

I test drove a limited this past weekend. I currently drive a 2008 300C with the hemi(Lease). I was very much impressed with the vehicle! It felt very solid and stable on the road and above else that's what I look for in a vehicle. I found the interior to be very spacious and nicely laid out. I was surprised at the engine as well! When I got on it, it got up and went! Overall, I was very impressed with the whole package. I have owned S-class and E-class Mercedes, Cadillac STS and given the prices of today, I would pay the price for a limited(of course, after the requisite haggling with the dealer) after my lease is up! I wii, however, drive the SHO before my decision is made. If it is something that I WANT, I have no qualms about paying for it! RRS
