I picked up that first one at a Black and Decker outlet store either Kittery, ME or Rehoboth, DE. If you don't let the lawn grow into a hay field it will do 1/4 acre (my lot is actually between 1/4 - 1/3 - standard lot is 1/4 but we're on the corner) on a single charge.
I have an ecoboost F-150 with a 3.55 LS rear and it has plenty of torque for cruising (even up hill) without wide open throttle ..... I have not towed anything yet, but I would imagine when you do the gas mileage will suffer. However, for normal cruising to work or around town there is plenty of power and the mileage has been about 18 mpg with 23 on the highway. This is even better than I expected.
If you are buying a configuration that allows the ecoboost, it's a $1750 option over the 3.7 and $750 over the 5.0 .... End of story ....
Hey wwest, The price for the ecoboost option vs. the 5.0 is $750.00 not 3k-4k ..... Also, I purchased on about a month ago for about $400 over invoice .... I priced the chevy, and the deal wasn't any better ....
i have been to Delaware many times starting in the late 90's for the races at Dover and usually staying in Rehoboth. North of Dover, several developments sprung up over time and I always wondered, where do those people work?
