I think it is a good deal. Is it a 4 matic one with any option? You got good price in sale price and Residual value. Which dealer is it from the sales tax it is seems like from Nassau or Suffolk.

A woman in my office showed up at work with the 2012. She bought it at a dealer in Nassau County on Long Island, NY. The dealer supposedly told her that there were no lease options at this time so she bought it. Sounds strange to me but she loves it. It is silver gray, looks real nice.
Lease price too good to be true?

We put a deposit down today on a lease offer for a 2012 MDX with Tech Package at 10k miles/year (we don't need more than that). The deal almost seemed too good to be true though, so just very curious if this seems to make sense and if it is in fact something we should jump on. We're located in Nassau County on Long Island in NY. Here are the details: - $589/month with tax already included/rolled in - 10k miles per year - $1500 due at lease signing which covers first months payment, bank fee, and DMV We put down a $500 deposit that will be applied to that $1500 and pay the remaining $1000 when we officially sign. Am I missing something here? Did we just get really lucky or is there something not right here and is there something else we should be asking about? Thanks!!

Palladium silver, almond luxury Premium 1 with parktronic and 30 month maintenance. 10k per year, $616 per month--30 months--with $795 bank fee and first payment up front and mv fees and $75 dealer fee--total up front is $1577. the $616 includes 8.675% sales tax Nassau County, LI We are turning in our 09 E350 4matic and did the whole thing with a Costco program--very easy deal, I think we got loyalty, USAA??? and $750 costco discounts. Without maintenance package price would be $604--12k per year adds $20 per month.
