H3 Hummer Cylinder Head and misfire by gloria1960 on Wed Dec 28 06:32:35 PST 2011

My 2008 H3 at 42k miles is at GM dealership. Running rough at idle but Onstar diagnostic did not catch when I asked them to check engine. Now dealership says its the cylinder head and replaced it under warranty. Also said to do the oil change, clean throttle and fuel injector for a total of $350. Anyone else having cylinder head issues? Should they have included the "cleaning" under warranty when they replaced cylinder head?? I'm a girl that knows Nothing about trucks but after a week in service they didn't know what was wrong and I "googled" and found lots of other people having same issue...duh, why didn't dealership know this immediately? Not real confident in the service department at Tustin GMC

I shopped for a month and I got the best deal for tsx and tl at ACURA of GLENDALE, bought it from the internet/fleet Manager there, he was a very honest straight forward guy. I was between Tl and tsx and on both models he gave the best deal including destination charge compared to center acura, acura 101, cerritos, and tustin. Try them out hope I helped! good luck

The car was from the very first shipment delivered to Orange County, CA. I put a deposit down waiting for the first fully loaded hybrid model. I was overdue on the return of my Lexus lease so I didn't want to wait for later models. The dealership, Tustin Hyundai, has been great. The car started right away in the morning when they arrived, but once I told them what happened they knew right away what it was. I spoke with them this morning and supposedly Engineering was in yesterday to see the vehicle. According to the service department this was the second vehicle to come to their shop with this issue. I recently got mine at Tustin Lexus with FWD + premium package with color of my choice - out the door for less than 42,000. Good luck.

I want to turn in Lease 2009 Sienna in Oct. Looking to re-lease 2009 Limted with nav, etc. Best Money factor and 36 mo? Any Dealers you'd recommend other than tustin
