usually its the rear control arm bushings they have a big problem with them

I have a 02 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally with 92000 miles. ive had it for a couple months and im not sure if there is a problem with the alignment or what. when i make tight turns my car makes a weird noise and it seems like is comes from the back of the car. ANY suggestions on what it might be Thanks
