Hi everyone, I purchased new G35 in 2008 from dealer in monrovia, CA. After year and few month later, the engine won't start up randomly for 3-4 time per week. I believed it happens when I park/turn off the engine for 10-20 min then restart. After I found this, I brought it to the dealership in Cerritos and they said it might be a battery problem and I changed but no lucks. I visited few more times to them and tried to find out, but they saying start up is working just fine. It's very frustrated that I brought it back and found this problem again and again. I believe that they may not seeing this problem by their inspection device or, their tech didn't enoughly tried up many times to gain the data that how many times actually turn off. However, I am still struggling with this start up problem since now.

Hi, I just got the same car you're looking for (Mazda 3 i touring 2011) in SoCal. I ended up getting the car at Sierra Mazda in Monrovia for slightly lower price than Cerritos (maybe $100/$150 saving plus it was closer to me). As far as car buying go, I had a good experience at Sierra Mazda, a lot better than few others I visited in the area. I did the 0 down and 0%. I believe they said everyone with FICO score of 680+ qualify for 0 down and 0% and putting down payment didn't make a difference on my final price. If you're paying cash however, there is another 500 rebate. Good luck with your car buying!

In fact I met the Area Manger-Western Region of MINI USA at a charity rally we had in the Tustin Marketplace. Depending on your outcome, you may need his assistance in settling this problem.I can give you his contact information if you need it. BTW, I heard that MINI of Ontario and Monrovia are very good in their customer service area. I know it is far from you, but it is reassuring that not ALL the dealerships are flakes! which dealers in SoCal did you find good deals with? I am speaking with South Bay (Torrance), Mission Viejo (South of Orange County), and Metro (Monrovia)...currently have deals of 1.2K below (invoice + freight) for the 2011 G37 sedan premium (no nav)... am willing to bite @2K below (invoice + freight) for the premium without nav...dunno if I am aiming off the market...
