Re: Ready to buy [backy]

But right off the bat at Fitzmall, there's a White and a Willow Grey GLS I4 Auto for $15498+TTL. Take off the $4500 and she's at $10998+TTL. Both come with floormats at that price, and the Willow has Mud Guards. She can do substantially better with just a few minutes work. I didn't buy from Fitzmall, but my dealer (West Broad Hyundai, in Richmond Virginia, two hours from my home in Virginia Beach) beat them by a few pennies in the OTD price for our car. She should at least go armed with some of that information if she wants to get the best deal she can. She's starting in the $17620s.... and right there is $2122 she can save. Of course, she might not like those COLORS.... but the points the same, and some of the other cars aren't much more.

I wanted to see if you loyal XC 90 lovers thought this was a good price. I got a quote from a dealership with the following: Model: 2006 Volvo XC90 2.5T FWD 5-passenger Exterior/Interior Colors: Willow Green Metallic/Graphite Leather Options: Premium Package, Climate Package, Wood Steering Wheel MSRP: $41,420.00 Your Sale Price: $36,595.00 + fees (tax,tag,title/admin) The dealer is telling me with tax, tag, and title/admin it will run around $37,250. Just wanted to see what anyone thought. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Do you think on what you have seen out there that I could talk this dealer down some? if so what would your asking price be? Look forward to hearing your feedback.
Hiding Dirt

I agree with beach 15. White is really good at hiding dirt. I used to own a white Mazda 323 from 1986 to 1996. Color held up very well over the years. Anyway... I went to an Infiniti dealer last week for a test drive and found that the white only comes with the willow interior. Graphite leather is no longer offered with that color. I would get the white, but not with willow. I prefer the graphite interior. I love the Garnet Fire. I am a nut when it comes to keeping a car clean. I wax my cars at least 3 or 4 times a year with Zymol. Test drove the 6MT coupe to get a feel for tranny. WOW is all I have to say!! Putting down a deposit next week on a 6MT sedan. Most likely won't see one until May if I'm lucky! Wish me luck.
