Thx Pkmet : Chandler Lexus , on my stop here in about an hour. Thx .
Nazzy, we bought at Chandler Lexus. Sticker was $48,294 with the upgraded chrome wheels/rims on. They were the only ones who seemed interested in making a deal. I had to negotiate pretty strong at different times, but got the deal done. Superstition Springs and Scottsdale Lexus flat out refused to offer anything close on the trade and sell a car at invoice. Same with Bell and Arrowhead Lexus. I'd never go back to SS Lexus or Scottsdale Lexus again, they're a complete joke.
Do this cal and see if the dealer quote is near... MSRP - 11% - $3,000 - $1,000 (if you owned Lexus before - customer appreciation, if available) + 8.8% (if you buy in Chandler) + $900 (doc fee, title, etc) Remember, the $3,000 incentive is for 2010 models but 2012 ES will be introduced early next year so don't hesitate to bargain. For $37,435 MSRP, OTD should not be more than $34,000 (w/o the $1,000 customer appreciation)...hope this helps!!! Good Luck.
I have a '04 FX35. The vehicle will be six years old in a couple of weeks and it has around 68K miles. I took it in for its 67,500 maintenance and they told me the rack and pinion assembly needs to be replaced. They said it was starting to leak. I'm not overly knowledgeable on cars but I don't recall having to replace the rack and pinion assembly on either of my last two cars which each had over 100K miles when I got rid of them. Does it seem reasonable that at less than 70K miles the rack and pinion would need to be replaced? They quoted me $1650 for genuine Infiniti parts and $1150 for aftermarket parts. Do these prices seem reasonable? Thanks. Tony
