Referred there by Navy Federal Credit Union car sales assistance. Talked to Brian regarding the 2013 Sienna I wanted. Brian said he had it. We made an appointment for 3PM. I went there. They acted like they had it but did not. Acted like they misunderstood what I wanted. Wow!
