Very Courteous Although I did not decide to buy a Mazda. Of all the dealerships that I dealt with during the initial test drive phase of the car buying process, the gentleman that assisted me was by far the most courteous of all. I made it clear right from the start that I was not there to buy a vehicle that day and wanted only to test drive, so that I could decide which vehicle I would ultimately want. Some dealers tried to pressure me to buy that day, despite what I had mentioned earlier. And others I had to actually go inside to the reception desk and ask for someone to assist me, because I wanted to test drive a vehicle. When I arrived, I went right to the model I was looking for and within a minute or so, I was greeted and in another few, we were on the road. I had my 4 year old son with me and had to deal with a car seat and the man was not turned off by this at all. As a matter of fact, my son even took a liking to him. By the end, my son asked if we could take the gentleman to McDonalds with us for a hamburger. It was such a pleasure, that I almost said why not. Too bad I decided on a different make vehicle. If I was treated so well, with them knowing I would not be leaving that day, with a new car. Iím sure the buying process would have been just as enjoyable.
