I called Young Subaru with interest in the new Crosstrek about six months prior to it's arrival. I had a conversation with Heston Y. which was a truly no pressure experience. He gave me all the info he had at the time and promised to follow up. Every couple of months he did just that. About a month before the Crosstrek was due to arrive he emailed me and gave me another update. Then a few weeks later, called to inform me it would be arriving the following day. I scheduled to test drive it, which was another great low pressure experience. I left without buying and came back a few days later to have my wife test drive it. She happened to notice a closeout Outback so we drove them both. We fell in love with the Outback, it's price and the whole sales experience. After finishing all of the paperwork, Heston gave a very thorough overview of the Outback and all it's features, answered all of our questions and followed up a couple days later to make sure we were satisfied. We had found a very minor dent the day after getting it home. Heston took care of everything and we had a flawless car back in a couple days. We couldn't be happier. Needless to say we are now huge Subaru fans, Young Subaru fans and especially Heston fans. I would highly recommend Young Subaru...ask for Heston!!
