I have had my car repaired at Town East Ford several different times and I was very satisfied every time. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My car always looks 100% better when I get it back. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest body shop.

I brought our car in and they gave us a RIDICULOUS $7500 estimate to fix it! I called my insurance company and they had an appraiser look at it who said $3k, I also took it into a different shop who also said just over $3k. I went for an auto body repair Town East Ford, they give me a budget for $ 900-1000. At the end I had to pay $ 2000 and they did not made more than I request. I tried to talk with the manager and never appeared, they made a discount for $ 10. I never recommend to nobody.
