We visited Classic Toyota because they responded to my e-mail bid request for a Highlander Limited in less than an hour. We had first visited Metro Toyota in Cleveland where we leased our 2008 Highlander Sport, but their final offer was $1,200 higher than Classic's bid. So much for repeat buyer loyalty! We were treated very courteously by the sales associate at Classic Toyota and he adhered to the e-mail bid, including the $22,000 trade in value of our 2008 Highlander Sport sight unseen. When the car we wanted had a DVD video system that we did not want, he offered it at the dealer cost with an additional $300 discount. The Highlander Limited we wanted was coming off the truck while we were there and the sales associate braved the elements to get it inside for us to examine. We could have taken the car home later that day, but chose to wait until the next morning. The vehicle was thoroughly prepped and the sales associate did a superb job explaining all the new features of the Limited at the time of delivery. This was one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had!
