Buying a car can be stressful and some salesmen offend me by pushing me to buy a particular car. The salesman at Bryan Easler Toyota never tried to sell us a car, but helped us decide in every way he could which car we wanted. He showed us cars, gave us information about the cars and answered our questions. He did everything possible to find the car we wanted and to give us the best price quote. Being aware of the techniques some sales people use to pressure customers to buy a car makes me not trust them and I often feel like a "mark" rather than a person. At Bryan Easler I felt like I was having a conversation with someone I knew rather than a salesman. This salesman also addressed everything he said to me, a woman, and not just to my husband. Some sales people don't give much consideration to females which is a mistake because more often than not we're the one who makes the decision/choice. I appreciated being treated with a lot of respect. When buying a car it's a good idea to choose the dealership with care because it's where the car purchased will be serviced. We thought about this and it was part of our discussion when agreeing on what and where to buy a car. If all our car purchases had been as good in the past we wouldn't feel we must research online and buy online rather than dealing with salesmen at the dealerships. We won't take possession of the car until Dec. 21st, which is fine with us. We're willing to wait for the car we believe we'll enjoy most.
