I walked onto Bical's parking lot to look at used cars.
Their salesman, Dan Tibbs was fine and even pretended to negotiate and "cut to the chase" with a lower than sticker price rate as the car I selected was double what I'd budgeted to spend. The rate he quoted was $2000 below sticker.
