Dayton Toyota made an appt for me to do recall work on my Prius (brakes - 45 minute job). They made, confirmed and sent a reminder for the day and time (2PM). Dropped car off at 8am....went to pick it up at 3:30....was not touched....reason they gave "you did not wait". Asked for new appt...8am was ...
