I have purchased six cars in the Omaha/Bellevue area in the last 14 years and usually walk out with a new car, but lots of buyer's remorse. As a result, I typically detest the car buying experience --" Vulture's Row," deceptive sales person's, attention to detail only when it serves the dealer, and sales staff who will only be there through the week, month, or perhaps year. Steve Mack has a longstanding history with Saturn and Honda. He is the consumate gentleman; knowledgeable and fair. Most of all, he is "No Nonsense." I used the opportunity to assess my overall buying experience, as well as observing buying patterns and satisfaction of others -- a "Class Act." The prep room and child play area are examples of total attention to detail. We will definitely be returning soon to replace other vehicles that don't fit the purpose.
