I had this shop install a new fuel pump on my truck. The new fuel pump has a defective check valve so now the truck starts hard after sitting for a few hours. They are refusing to replace the pump under warranty, they even went as far as suggesting that I should turn the ignition on and off a few times prior to starting the vehicle to "wake it up". This is unacceptable. They had no problem taking my money, now they will not stand behind their work. Also when I brought the truck in for service they totally eliminated one of the converters. Isn't that illegal? I will have to investigate. I will be contacting the Beter business bureau. To sum up the review, After spending almost 2 thousand dollars with these people my truck is now worse off and will cost thousands to repair. I would not wish this repair facililty on my worst enemy.
