This is my first time getting a new BMW and at Herb Chamber Boston. At first, I was hesitant on going there because of its location in city. Parking around the area was unfriendly and crowded. However, Sales person was great and helpful. He definitely did his job for a reasonable offer price, and also very helpful in assisting me with the set-up of the car. In addition, the Financing team was very helpful in explaining and providing honest opinions. Overall, the experience was great!! I would highly recommend friends and family to the same sale person!! I don't know how the services department will be like, but I will find out in the future.
