‎12-1-11 Prepaid to have heater core replaced in my 2003 Silverado. Left vehicle in night drop 12-2-11 at 6:30 A.M. Received call from service advisor Brent at 2:30 P.M. stating they just got the core out and that I should have told them about my XM stereo. This was supposed to be a 6 hour job...

wow, i am shocked. they really know their stuff. i even tried to stump on of the service guys and he knew what i was gonna say before i said. not only could they do warranty work, but they even have a carwash. I was impressed.
