They were very polite, professional and informative. Very pleased with the process of purchasing a new car at nwavw. They were not pushy at all and took plenty of time showing us the different options on the vehicle and then letting us take our time making our decision.

Although the dealership is off the beaten path, if you're looking for a VW, it's worth the effort. The sales staff is not "pushy" and very helpful. The financing officer was efficient yet friendly.
