Recommend this dealer? Yes

I have been in for service several times, and have found it to be much, much better than average. They do what they say, have it ready when it should be, and really went above and beyond recently when my daughter had a tire problem - oh, by the way, no charge. I'd recommend Sam Boswell to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional and rude personnel in the service and parts depts. They never let you know if a part is in and if it is ordered. It takes an extremely long time for the part to come in and they will never call. You will be left hanging and will have to call them constantly to find out if ...
