If you were to lease a 2006 Porsche Cayenne S through Porsche Credit right now for 24 months with 15,000 miles per year, its buy rate lease money factor and residual value should be a whopping .00405 and 58%, respectively. Hello, I am trying to buy a new 2005 Cay S. I've read the Consumer Reports invoice pricing for the base model, but there are no invoice prices for the options. Does this mean that the dealer pays the same price (MSRP) to the manufacturer for these options? Also, there are is no dealer holdback or national/regional incentives listed. I emailed the sales person at the dealer where we have test drive the Cayenne and asked what would be his best price for a new S with PCM and 6-year 100,000 miles warranty.
