Hi Kyfdx, I'm caught in a discussion with my self about whether to put down $60,000 in 24 months with a lease or finance a $90000 vehicle and risk not being able to sell it. That's my dilemma. Yes, the 36 month lease is definitely cheaper by the month and yet much dearer at the end of 36 months ($60,000 v. $72000). I was really looking for someone to help me put some numbers ... Hi ahignite. I do not believe that Porsche is currently providing any sort of incentives on the 2006 Cayenne, lease or cash. The best way to get a good deal on this vehicle is to negotiate as low a selling price as possible and then make sure the dealer that you are working with is using Porsche Credit's "buy rate" lease money factor to calculate its monthly payment. ...
