Everything I have read states GTP (3.9 V6 with 6 speed manual)is planned for mid 2005. Styling is very subjective. My only point is that it looks "generally sedan-type sporty" without the traditional Pontiac overkill which is at least a step in the right direction. I am still undecided on the interior. While I would not classify it as Grand-Am looking, I am not sure if I could really say I ... Read More

Guys, I'm not allowed to get too specific but this what I know so far.. The Model shown was the high-end class, It was equipped with 17 inch wheels. You're on about the 3900: http://media.gm.com/events/sema/sema03gm/ I'll cut right to the chase: "The 3900 V-6, the latest in GM’s longstanding family of 60-degree V-6 engines. The 3900 will be the first GM overhead valve engine to use variable valve timing, and it will be GM’s first V-6 to use DOD. Its first application will be on the 2005 Pontiac G6."
