2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue GLS 4dr Sedan (3.5L 6cyl 4A)
I agree with other postings. The engine
is so quiet, responsive, economical,
and the transmission is also very
smooth. As with all GM vehicles,
however the transmission has no
compression braking. Therefore I'm
expecting the brake pads to wear out
sooner than they did on my Honda
Accord. Also, as on other GM's, its
not possible to get air flow on side
windows as well as the defrost and
floor at the same time as on my Honda.
Favourite features would be the dash
layout, (not dated like the Regal),
great engine and transmission, great
power on the highway. Top speed of 185
km/h is reached very quickly. Of course
the styling and ride is great as well.
1. Compression braking.
2. The ability to provide air flow to
side windows at the same time as floor
and defrost. (Like the imports)
