Car runs great and gets good gas mileage when everything functions properly. Cheap aftermarket parts can be a real problem. It is important with these cars to only use high quality ignition components for optimum performance. It would not be a bad idea to replace the vapor canister and EGR valve every four years or so to keep the exhaust clean clean and the car running good.

i got this car at about 100k in 2000, now its up to 242k. It has been a very dependable car over the years and needs next to nothing for repairs as long as you keep up the owners manual service guide. I run it on 91/94 octane fuel and have only tired regular gas a few times, but there is a noticeable drop in acceleration and response. I have the 3300v6 3.3L

this vehicle was in the family for
years. Never broke down once. Did have
it's problems- ignition coils went,
went through 3 alternators. Part of
the transmission went at 90K. Other
than that, a dependable car.
